Admin Checkbox

With the admin checkbox empty, users will not be able to :
-Delete more than one record at a time (15 is the max when admin is checked)
-Correct a tally or a shipment
-Void a tally or a shipment
-Adjust 'custom label' within owner detail (changes heat# header on tallies for the owner in question) -Make rack name changes
-Close and reopen stock cards
