Preference 16 Dispatch

The dispatch preference allows you to control the key counter for your dispatch records. When a new dispatch is created, it will automatically be given a numerical key based on this counter.
[Dispatch] Last Key: This is the last key assigned to a dispatch. Your next dispatch will be one higher than this number. Usually, there is no reason to change this number.
