A 'pipe preset' is a collection of pipe definitions and streamlines the use of many common types of pipe. Pipe presets are the last (and optional) step of creating pipe definitions. Once you have created Sizes, Wall, Weight, Thread, Grade, Range, Manufacturer, Condition, and Category. You can create a 'pipe preset'.
To create a pipe preset. click on 'Pipe Definitions' on the main menu.
The left most tab is called 'Presets,' and you should be brought here by default. Click 'New Record' to create a new preset.
Choose the pipe definitions for that preset, and click 'Save.'

Note: Whenever a previously created 'pipe preset' can be selected, pressing 'F2' (on screen or on your keyboard) will present you with a pop up to choose your desired 'pipe preset.' Selecting a 'pipe preset' sets all of your fields (ie Sizes, Wall, Weight, Thread, Grade, Range, Manufacturer, Condition, and Category) at once.
